Hello Dream Warriors -
Last time out, I revealed the title of our of 3rd (and final!) issue--"Haunters of the Dark"--and if you're a Lovecraft fan, that should give you some clue as to where we are going with this.
But don't worry--even if you know the story that inspired our title front and back, we promise to have plenty of surprises in store as we wrap up the DREAMQUEST saga in spectacular fashion.
All I can say right now is that Mick, Frank, and I all think this one might be the best of the bunch, and we can't wait to get it into your hands.
Production has officially begun (draw, Mick, draw!), and we hope to have something to share with you shortly after the new year.
In the meantime, though, we're curious...
Who would you like to see on covers for our final issue?
A returning champion? Someone we've never used before?
Drop us a line or a comment and let us know!
Meanwhile...
If you like to occasionally stroll on the spicier side of Kickstarter, my latest collaboration with D.E. Schrader is live over at Bloodline Comics:
Christmas is coming… and Carmilla is coming for blood.
With the help of her gorgeous “ghosts,” the sultry vampiress haunts her former partner and world’s wealthiest man, the monstrous, miserly Eloneezer Spooge.
This year, Christmas comes three times in one night… no Dickens required.
Finally, after nearly 200 years of mystery, we unwrap the true meaning of “Bah, Humbug!"

Hello, Dream Warriors!
Back in March, I let slip that we were eyeing a Fall launch for DQ3.
A few things happened behind the scenes that will require us to push until early next year. As disappointed as we are to miss a Halloween launch, we felt like this was the right call, as we want to significantly reduce the wait between campaign and fulfillment.
I can report that the issue wraps up our story in spectacular fashion.
And we can officially reveal the title:
Is the title a clue to the plot, gentle reader?
Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps...
Mick is wrapping up another project at the moment, and then he'll be starting work on our grand finale.
Welcome to Luxuria. A secret island getaway for husbands and wives. An exclusive paradise where women can experience true sisterhood…and men meet a grisly fate.
At this tropical oasis, true happiness lurks around every corner—but so does the Grunch. Renew your spirit and find rebirth at our female-friendly resort.
The cost is all-inclusive, but the payment is eternal.
a 26 page, saddle stitch comic for mature readers.
surreal modern horror that's The White Lotus meets Midsommar.
written and lettered by Clay Adams (PRODIGAL SON, DREAMQUEST, RED XMAS) with art by Fabio Ramacci (RED XMAS, PBOW), colors by Ilaria Chiocca (RED XMAS, PBOW) and edits by former Marvel and DC editor Frank Pittarese.
Featuring covers by Flops, WICKED TOWN's Andrea Dailey, and a standard cover by Fabio & Ilaria, this is a book I can't wait to get into everyone's hands.
We went live last week and are both fully funded and have been named a Project We Live by Kickstarter. And we're thisclose to unlocking a new crossover print at $10k:
We're offering these as add-ons during the BLAZING BLADE OF FRANKENSTEIN 1-4 campaign.
It's brought to you by the same team that created DREAMQUEST Part 1. It's 30pages of sword & sorcery, loosely inspired by Bram Stoker's Jewel of the Seven Stars and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Ring of Thoth, which provided the basis for Universal's 1932 film The Mummy.
This is, in my humble opinion, the best script I've written for the series. And Mick and inker/colorist Julio Rojas have done a fantastic job with the interiors.
Mick's also doing 11 x 17 commissions for this campaign in addition to his backing board sketches.
We also have the original art for his and Bryan Silverbax's covers available for purchase.
This issue wraps up the complete first arc, so the campaign is a great jumping on point for new readers, with a bundle deal for our catchup tier. Look for the "Featured Reward" near the top of the page.
And for returning backers, we have a secret link for Early Bird Pricing on the new issue. Look for the "Secret Reward" at the top of the rewards section. It will be available until early next week:

Hey there, Dream Warriors--
We hope you've had a chance to dive in and enjoy Part Two. Please drop us a line to let us know your thoughts!
A few of you have asked when to expect Part Three, and I can now reveal that we are currently eying a Fall launch.
The goal is to give Mick a little more lead-time and cut down on the wait between the campaign and delivering the issue. So thank you for your patience--it's going to be worth the wait!
Meantime, Mick has wrapped up work on the latest issue of BLAZING BLADE OF FRANKENSTEIN, which is coming in just a few short weeks.
Click the image or link below to head to our pre-launch page, then click "Notify Me on Launch" to follow us:
We think this issue contains some of Mick's best work, and we're stoked to be offering this bad boy for sale during the campaign:
Make sure you head to our Pre-Launch page to see the finished cover (you got a sneak peek in that project image), plus our Universal Movie Poster variant by Bryan Silverbax--both with stunning colors by Wes Hartman--and our "Curse of the Mummy's Tomb" variant by Craig Taillefer!
Back soon with more DREAMQUEST news as I have it...
Meanwhile...
Wes has been busy!
In addition to coloring both of our variants for BBoF, he also found time to knock it out of the park on Don Nguyen's cover for my latest collab with David Schrader, CARMILLA UNBOUND: 1984.

Hey there Dream Warriors!
Quick shipping update:
Most of the books went out last week, but some books that were packaged on Thursday didn't go out until Monday due to a snowstorm that shut down my fair city for a few days.

Otherwise, if you filled out your survey, we have shipped your books!
Missed the Survey?
Four of you still need to provide us with an address. We've messaged you individually, but in case you missed it, you can either message us directly or recover your survey here:

We pack these babies well, but if for some reason there is any issue with your order (damage, wrong item, etc.), please don't hesitate to drop us a line. You're the lifeblood of this publishing operation, and we want you to be happy.
Speaking of...please let us know what you think of the book! Drop us a line either through direct message or by leaving a comment here. We'd love to hear what you think!
What's next?
More news on our pulse-pounding conclusion soon, but first...
DEADSKINS! hardcover is live
DEADSKINS! is a 172-page hardcover collection of the series critics call:
DEADSKINS! was the first graphic novel we ever created, and it was serialized on our website from 2013-2014.
In 2020, we began Kickstarting three volumes of the series, "remastering"it by darkening the lines to improve print quality and bring out the beauty of our black, white, and red production.
We are now nearly sold out of the entire print run, so if you missed those campaigns, or just love hardcover collections, we're collecting the whole series in one big pop!
New to This Edition:
We’re opening up the Fried vaults with a full cover gallery with process material from Takashi Okazaki, Ben Templesmith, Joe Mulvey, Alex Cormack, Tina Valentino and Bryan Silverbax.
Plus: a special peek inside artist Leila Del Duca's sketchbook for the series.
If you’re already a fan of the book—or process material from great artists—this is not something you’ll want to miss.
All this, plus FREE U.S. SHIPPING or equivalent.
Here's the pitch:
"A Harvard-educated dandy and his blind, drunk companion are all that stand between the Old West and an Undead Apocalypse. This is the true story of Custer's Last Stand... whatever they taught you in school is bullsh!t."
